This brass poly to copper stopcock is used to connect an MDPE water supply pipe to a length of copper tube. Usually found at the point where the MDPE supply enters a property, the stopcock acts as the main means of isolation for the incoming cold mains supply within the house.Pipe liners (or stiffeners as they are sometimes called) should always be used on the MDPE side of this fitting.
