The jumbo fat and oil grease trap manufactured by Turtle Enviro is designed to separate fat, oils and greases from wastewater via gravity. As the wastewater enters the trap, fat, oils and greases will float to the top of the water level due to having less gravity than water, and any solids in the water will sink to the bottom.
