This type of washing machine trap is a shorter version of the TW473 appliance trap. It is used when the washing machine (or dishwasher) outlet needs to connect into the kitchen sink waste pipe, but space below the sink is tight. The outlet hose is pushed over the small spigot connection and secured with a jubilee clip (not supplied).This trap is manufactured by FloPlast, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of above and below ground drainage systems. It can be connected to most UK manufacturers’ push fit and solvent weld waste pipes.To connect the trap, always start at the top with the connection to the waste fitting.
