This 6mm thick drawcord is made from tough polypropylene. Its purpose is to draw pipes and cables through rigid or flexible ducts during the installation process. With a breaking strain of 6KN it can withstand snagging whilst pulling heavy loads through the duct.Our tip - consider attaching a second cord to the pipe or cable before you draw it through the duct and it leave it in place afterwards – this will allow you to introduce additional pipes or cables into the duct very easily if required at a later date.
